The supporting and adjusting device is reasonable and simple in structure, low in production cost, convenient to mount and complete in function; through the arranged adjusting device, an adjusting knob is pushed, meanwhile, a locking adjusting pressing plate is pushed into a toothed groove and a common groove, the toothed end of the locking adjusting pressing plate is rotated to the toothed groove, and the upper adjusting block is driven to rotate through meshing of double teeth to adjust the angle position; and after adjusting is completed, the toothed end of the locking adjusting pressing plate is rotated into the common groove, at the moment, the third nut is rotated, the locking pressing plate is pushed into the common groove on the left side in the rotating process, the third nut is locked for fixing, and thus fixing of the curved surface angle is completed.
