The invention discloses an intelligent well lid monitoring device and an intelligent well lid. The intelligent well lid monitoring device is used for monitoring whether a well lid of an inspection well is kept in a working posture or not. The intelligent well lid monitoring device and an intelligent well lid comprises a signal trigger and a trigger rod assembly. The trigger rod assembly comprises a rod-shaped component, the rod-shaped component is provided with a top end and a bottom end relatively lower than the top end, the rod-shaped component comprises an elastic part and a hard part, the rigidity of the hard part is larger than that of the elastic part, the elastic part forms the top end and the bottom end, the two ends of the hard part are kept between the top end and the bottom end respectively, so that when the rod-shaped component is pressed down by a well lid of an inspection well, the rod-shaped component deviates from the naturally-extending pose of the rod-shaped component to form a working pose, and the signal trigger is arranged to be capable of forming a trigger signal when the rod-shaped component deviates from the working pose. The monitoring device is simple in structure, easy to maintain, high in monitoring sensitivity and capable of continuously and stably monitoring the well lid.
