The invention relates to the technical field of well lid monitoring, and discloses an intelligent well lid monitoring device and method.The intelligent well lid monitoring device comprises a shielding bearing part, the shielding bearing part is internally provided with double rows of conductive wires wound in an arc shape, and conductive balls electrically connected with the conductive wires are connected between the double rows of conductive wires in a rolling mode; or a conductive sliding piece electrically connected with the conductive wires is connected between the two rows of conductive wires in a sliding manner; the two ends of the double-row conductive wires on the same side of the conductive ball or the conductive sliding piece are electrically connected to the control module, and the two ends on the other side are no-load; an arc-shaped wire is arranged on the peripheral side of the electric lead and electrically connected to the control module, and a magnetic flux sensor electrically connected to the control module is further arranged in the shielding bearing piece and used for detecting the magnetic flux in the arc-shaped wire. The method has the advantages that external magnetic interference is reduced, dual-dimension data monitoring is adopted, and the well lid state monitoring accuracy is improved.
