Aluminum nitride powder and modification preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an electronic ceramic packaging heat-conducting substrate material in inorganic non-metallic materials, in particular to aluminum nitride powder and a modification preparation method thereof. The modification preparation method of the aluminum nitride powder comprises the following steps: a, adding the aluminum nitride powder into an organic solvent to obtain an aluminum nitride suspension; b, compounding and dissolving tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate (Al (H2PO4) 3) (AHP) in an organic solvent to obtain a compound solution; c, adding the compound solution into the aluminum nitride suspension, and performing heating and stirring to obtain a mixed suspension; and d, cleaning the mixed suspension by using an organic solvent, performing filtering for 2-3 times, and performing drying to obtain the aluminum nitride powder. According to the invention, the storage and application difficulties caused by the easy hydrolysis performance of the AlN powder in humid air are solved. The method has the advantages of simple operation, low raw material price, low production cost and good repeatability.
本申请涉及无机非金属材料中的电子陶瓷封装导热基板材料,特别地涉及一种氮化铝粉体及其改性制备方法。其中,氮化铝粉体的改性制备方法,包括如下步骤:a、将氮化铝粉体加入有机溶剂中,得到氮化铝的悬浮液;b、将正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)复合磷酸二氢铝(Al(H2PO4)3)(AHP)溶解在有机溶剂中,得到复配溶液;c、将所述复配溶液加入所述氮化铝的悬浮液中,加热搅拌,得到混合悬浮液;d、利用有机溶剂清洗所述混合悬浮液,并过滤2~3次,干燥,得到氮化铝粉体。本申请解决了由于AlN粉体在潮湿的空气中易水解性能所导致的存储和应用的困难。具有操作简单,原料价格便宜,生产成本低,重复性好的优势。
