Method for preparing concrete admixture from tailings
The invention discloses a method for preparing a concrete admixture from tailings. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, drying tailings, and controlling the water content of the tailings to be below 5 percent; step 2, preparing an exciting agent into a solution by using deionized water, the exciting agent is prepared from the following agents: sodium metaaluminate, lime and sodium humate; step 3, weighing a certain amount of tailings, adding a certain amount of an exciting agent solution on the basis of the mass of the tailings, uniformly mixing the tailings with the exciting agent saturated solution, and pre-treating the tailings at a certain temperature for a certain time; and step 4, mixing the pretreated tailings obtained in the step 3 with an activating agent, and grinding for a certain time by adopting a grinding machine after mixing to obtain the tailing concrete admixture. The admixture for the concrete is prepared by adding the chemical exciting agent and the activating agent and adopting a chemical pretreatment and mechanical-chemical activation combined process, so that not only is the additional value of the tailings improved, but also the large-scale resource utilization of the tailings is really realized.
