The invention provides a method for preparing an admixture from iron tailings, and relates to the technical field of admixture preparation. Comprising the following steps that (1) iron tailings are crushed and then subjected to first-time ball milling, iron tailing micro powder is obtained, and the specific surface area of the iron tailing micro powder is larger than or equal to 325 m < 2 >/kg; (2) an acidic modifier solution is added into the iron tailing micro powder, secondary ball milling is carried out, superfine powder is obtained, and the specific surface area of the superfine powder is larger than or equal to 900 m < 2 >/kg; and (3) adding an active surface modifier and an active activator into the ultrafine powder, and carrying out third ball milling to obtain the admixture. The prepared admixture is high in activity and can directly replace part of cement in situ to prepare concrete.
本发明提供一种利用铁尾矿制备掺合料的方法,涉及掺合料制备技术领域。包括如下步骤:(1)对铁尾矿进行破碎后进行第一次球磨得到铁尾矿微粉,所述铁尾矿微粉的比表面积≥325m2/kg;(2)向所述铁尾矿微粉中加入酸性改性剂溶液,进行第二次球磨,得到超细粉,所述超细粉的比表面积≥900m2/kg;(3)向所述超细粉中加入活性表面改性剂以及活性激发剂,进行第三次球磨,即得掺合料。制备的掺合料活性高,可以直接原位取代部分水泥制备混凝土。
