The invention discloses a self-resetting socket and spigot type ECC mixed pier structure and a splicing method thereof. The upper section of the bridge pier is made of a common concrete material, and the lower section of the bridge pier is made of an ECC high-ductility fiber reinforced cement-based composite material; prestressed tendon pipelines are reserved in prefabricated square piers and a bearing platform, after the prefabricated square piers and the bearing platform are spliced, high-strength steel strands in the prestressed tendon pipelines are tensioned, and the high-strength steel strands serve as self-resetting components and are anchored to the upper end surfaces of the square piers and the lower end surface of the bearing platform through matched anchorage devices; a socket hole is formed in the upper end of the bearing platform, and the lower section of the prefabricated pier is an embedded section inserted into the socket hole; and a grouting hole is formed in the top surface of the bearing platform, a grout outlet hole is formed in the side surface of the inner wall of the socket hole, and the grouting hole and the grout outlet hole are connected through a grouting channel. And after the embedded section of the prefabricated square piers is inserted into the socket hole and positioned, a high-strength non-shrinkage cement grouting material is poured between the outer side of the embedded section and the inner wall of the socket hole through the grouting hole.
