Supporting blocks are fixedly connected to the two sides of the deceleration strip, a suction inlet is formed in the top end of the drainage pipe, a drainage box is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the bridge floor, a drainage pressing plate is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the drainage pipe, a water storage bottom plate is movably connected to the middle of the drainage box, a water discharge pipe is fixedly connected to the middle of the water storage bottom plate, and discharge ports are uniformly formed in the middle of the water discharge pipe. The gravity of rainwater accumulated in the drainage box is utilized to press the water storage bottom plate to move downwards, so that negative pressure is formed in the drainage box, suction of accumulated water on the bridge floor is accelerated, and the drainage speed of the bridge floor is increased.
