Device for vertically conveying concrete
The invention discloses a device for vertically conveying concrete. The device comprises conveying buffer valves and a hydraulic system, wherein each conveying buffer valve comprises a chute and a chute valve device; a buffer groove and a funnel are arranged in each chute; each buffer groove is formed above the corresponding funnel; each chute valve device comprises a box body fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the corresponding chute, a connecting piece capable of freely sliding in the box body, a sealing plate connected with the connecting piece and capable of being inserted into the chute, and a telescopic rod capable of driving the connecting piece and the sealing plate to move; the plurality of conveying buffer valves sequentially communicate; and the telescopic rods in the conveying buffer valves communicate with the hydraulic system, and the telescopic movement of the telescopic rods is controlled by the hydraulic system. The device can realize continuous downward transportation of the concrete, and is mainly suitable for continuous transportation of the concrete in a vertical shaft and an inclined shaft with the angle of more than 60 degrees. The buffer grooves and the funnels are arranged in the chutes, so that a buffer effect can be achieved when the concrete falls, and the condition of concrete segregation in a conveying process is avoided.
本发明公开了一种混凝土垂直溜送用装置,包括溜送缓冲阀和液压系统;所述溜送缓冲阀包括溜管和溜阀装置;所述溜管内设有缓冲槽和漏斗,所述缓冲槽设于所述漏斗的上方;所述溜阀装置包括固定设于溜管外表面的箱体、可在箱体内自由滑动的连接件、与连接件连接并可插入溜管内的密封板、可带动连接件及密封板运动的伸缩杆;多个溜送缓冲阀依次连通;溜送缓冲阀中的伸缩杆连通到所述液压系统并由该液压系统控制所述伸缩杆的伸缩运动。本发明能够实现混凝土的连续向下运输,主要适用于竖井、大于60°的斜井混凝土连续运输。由于溜管内部设置有缓冲槽与漏斗,可以起到对混凝土下落时的缓冲效果,使其在溜送过程中不会发生混凝土离析的情况。
