The construction method comprises the steps of jet grouting pile position measurement, drilling, pore-forming protection, high-pressure jet grouting, filling and recharging, site-clearing ending and the like. The double-row high-pressure jet grouting pile wall has continuity through the double-row staggered lap joint arrangement, and the anti-seepage capacity of the high-pressure jet grouting pile wall is improved; high-pressure jet grouting piles are shotcreted in a sequence-dividing and row-dividing mode, the one-time shotcreted standard reaching rate is increased, therefore, the working procedures of detection and reworking are greatly reduced, the construction period is shortened on the whole, and the cost is saved; when the method is adopted for sprinkling irrigation, on-site grouting construction waste liquid is little, pollution is small, and the total cost-effectiveness ratio is high; and through the double-row high-pressure jet grouting pile wall, the technical problem that a cofferdam which is good in continuity and high in the anti-permeability requirement is difficult to construct in a geological layer with high lonestone and boulder content.
