The rotary vehicle body comprises an upper vehicle body and a lower vehicle body; the locking assembly further comprises an upper fixing plate, a lower fixing plate, a support, a lock pin and a lock pin driving oil cylinder; the upper fixing plate is arranged on the upper vehicle body, the lower fixing plate is arranged on the lower vehicle body, the support is arranged on the upper fixing plate, the lock pin driving oil cylinder is vertically arranged below the support and fixedly connected with the support through one end of the lock pin driving oil cylinder, and the lock pin is arranged at the other end of the lock pin driving oil cylinder; and the lock pin is driven by the lock pin driving oil cylinder to move up and down in a reciprocating mode, and when the lock pin moves downwards and abuts against the lower fixing plate, the purpose of locking the upper vehicle body and the lower vehicle body is achieved. Through the arrangement of the locking assembly, the situation that the upper vehicle body and the lower vehicle body of the rotary vehicle body are relatively fixed in the construction process, and therefore the rotary vehicle body adopting the locking assembly has the beneficial effect that the perpendicularity of a drill rod is good in the construction process.
