The invention discloses an efficient filtering floor drain system. The efficient filtering floor drain system comprises a floor drain body, a ground and a sewer pipeline, the sewer pipeline is arranged in the ground, the floor drain body is inserted into the ground, and the floor drain body comprises a first pipeline, a second pipeline, an end cover and an activated carbon adsorption cylinder. The first pipeline is provided with first-stage filtering holes, and the second pipeline is provided with second-stage filtering holes, so that large-particle solids can be prevented from blocking the floor drain system; a first external thread at the bottom of the first pipeline is connected with a first internal thread in a connecting port in the top of the second pipeline, so that when residual solids at the tops of the second-stage filtering holes become more, residual garbage at the tops of the second-stage filtering holes can be cleared by taking out the whole floor drain body and unscrewing the first pipeline from the top of the second pipeline; and active carbon substances in the active carbon adsorption cylinder can adsorb and take out harmful substances in water, so that water body pollution caused by direct discharge is avoided.
