Self-precipitation filtering capillary floor drain
The self-precipitation filtering capillary floor drain comprises an embedded part, a cover body and a flow guide plate, and the cover body covers an upper opening of the embedded part; a partition plate is arranged on the lower portion of an inner cavity of the embedded part and divides the lower portion of the inner cavity into a settling area and a drainage area. A drainage port is formed in the bottom of the drainage area; the guide plate is placed at the upper part of the inner cavity, a guide port is formed between the guide plate and the side wall of the embedded part, and the guide port corresponds to the settling zone in position; a gravity turnover mechanism is further installed in the drainage area and comprises a bearing plate, a rod containing barrel and a capillary drainage rod, when the water level of the settling area is higher than the end of the capillary drainage rod, the capillary drainage rod absorbs water and guides the water to the lower end from the high end, and when the weight of the water in the trap reaches a threshold value, the rod containing barrel rotates once and then resets. The floor drain provided by the invention can prevent sandy soil from entering a pipeline in a conventional use state, and can effectively reduce a large amount of sandy soil from entering the pipeline while increasing the displacement in a large-water-flow use state, so that the pipeline is prevented from being blocked.
本发明涉及一种自沉淀过滤毛细地漏,包括预埋件、盖体和导流板,盖体覆盖于预埋件的上开口处;预埋件的内腔的下部设有隔板,隔板将内腔的下部分隔为沉淀区和排水区;排水区的底部设有排水口;导流板放置于内腔的上部,并与预埋件的侧壁之间形成导流口,导流口的位置与沉淀区对应;排水区中还安装有重力翻转机构,重力翻转机构包括支承板、置棒筒和毛细引流棒,在沉淀区的水位线高于毛细引流棒的端部时,毛细引流棒吸水并将水从高端引向低端,当存水弯中水的重量达到阈值时,置棒筒旋转一次后复位。本发明提供的地漏,在常规使用状态时,能避免砂土进入管道,在大水流量使用状态时,能在增大排水量的同时有效减少大量砂土进入管道,避免管道阻塞。
