The invention discloses a connecting device of a self-resetting anti-lateral shear wall and a floor slab and a use method thereof. The connecting device comprises the self-resetting anti-lateral shear wall, the floor slab, a friction device and carbon fiber reinforced layer low-damping rubber bearings, wherein the self-resetting anti-lateral shear wall is connected with the floor slab through the carbon fiber reinforced layer low-damping rubber bearings. The connecting device has the beneficial effects that the acceleration of the floor slab can be reduced, the stability of the floor slab is kept, earthquake energy is consumed through the energy consumption section in the middle of the friction device, the carbon fiber reinforced layer low-damping rubber bearings are fixed to gaps between both sides of the self-resetting anti-lateral shear wall and the floor slab, the bearings have almost linear elastic response under large shear deformation, have obvious compression rigidity and are used for keeping the out-of-plane stability of the self-resetting anti-lateral shear wall and providing predictable and reliable post-elastic rigidity for deformation connection, and collision damage between the self-resetting anti-lateral shear wall and the floor slab is prevented through carbon fiber reinforced rubber layers.
