Fabricated reinforced concrete column and steel beam connecting joint with sleeve
The invention discloses a fabricated reinforced concrete column and steel beam connecting joint with a sleeve. The connecting joint mainly comprises a reinforced concrete column, a steel beam, the steel sleeve, a T-shaped part, web angle steel, split bolts and high-strength bolts. In a factory, column steel bars are firstly bound, the steel sleeves with reserved split bolt holes penetrate through a steel reinforcement cage to be fixed to joints before formworks are erected, then the split bolts are fixed to the steel sleeves, and concrete is poured after the formworks are erected on the two sides of the steel sleeves. On a construction site, firstly, a T-shaped part web is connected with upper and lower flanges of the steel beam through the high-strength bolts, and one limb of the web angle steel is connected with the steel beam at a web of the steel beam through the high-strength bolts; and finally, T-shaped part flanges and the web angle steel are connected with the reinforced concrete column through the split bolts. Compared with the prior art, the fabricated reinforced concrete column and steel beam connecting joint with the sleeve has the following advantages that joint areas are connected through the steel sleeves, the concrete in the joint areas is transferred to participate in stress, and ductility is good; and the reinforced concrete column and the steel beam are connected through the split bolts, so that bearing capacity is high.
本发明公开了一种带套筒的装配式钢筋混凝土柱与钢梁连接节点,主要包括钢筋混凝土柱、钢梁以及钢套筒、T形件、腹板角钢、对拉螺栓、高强螺栓。其中在工厂,先绑扎柱钢筋,支模板前将预留对拉螺栓孔的钢套筒穿过钢筋笼固定在节点处,再将对拉螺栓固定在钢套筒上,在钢套筒两侧支好模板后浇筑混凝土。在施工现场,先用高强螺栓将T形件腹板与钢梁上下翼缘连接,在钢梁腹板处则用高强螺栓将腹板角钢一肢与钢梁连接;最后通过对拉螺栓将T形件翼缘和腹板角钢与钢筋混凝土柱连接。与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:节点域采用钢套筒连接,调动节点域混凝土参与受力,延性好;采用对拉螺栓连接钢筋混凝土柱与钢梁,承载力高。
