The invention discloses a 3D printing house building system and method with a reinforcing steel bar reinforcing structure. The 3D printing house building system comprises a concrete structure bottom plate, a 3D printing reinforced concrete wall body, an evanescent mode wall body casting, transverse reinforcing steel bar structure bodies and vertical reinforcing steel bars; each layer of the 3D printing reinforced concrete wall body is provided with the evanescent mode wall body casting so as to construct a wall body with a reserved hole; the transverse reinforcing steel bar structure bodies comprise steel bar cages, steel rings are arranged at the two ends of each steel bar cage correspondingly, and the transverse reinforcing steel bar structure bodies are horizontally laid in interlayer positions of the 3D printing reinforced concrete wall body at intervals; the vertical reinforcing steel bars penetrate through the reserved holes from top to bottom and are inserted into the steel rings for fixing; gaps among the transverse reinforcing steel bar structural bodies, the 3D printing reinforced concrete wall body and the vertical reinforcing steel bars are bonded and fixed through an adhesive. The connecting stability of the transverse reinforcing steel bar structural bodies and the vertical reinforcing steel bars is improved, connecting strength of all layers of components in the wall body is enhanced, and the wall body has higher bearing capacity.
