The invention discloses a modular fabricated machine room building method. The modular fabricated machine room building method comprises the following steps that 1, an information collection stage is conducted, specifically, relevant information of a machine room is collected; 2, a three-dimensional BIM model drawing stage is conducted, specifically, three-dimensional modeling is conducted on the machine room by utilizing REVIT software according to the machine room relevant information collected in the step 1 to form a three-dimensional BIM model; 3, a component segmentation encoding stage is conducted, specifically,: deepened design is conducted on the three-dimensional BIM model according to the three-dimensional BIM model completed in the step 2, and component segmentation is conducted after completion; 4, a machine room component prefabrication production stage is conducted, specifically, prefabrication processing is conducted according to processing drawings of components divided in the step 3 to complete prefabrication of the machine room components; 5, a code marking stage is conducted; and 6, an on-site assembling stage is conducted. The modular fabricated machine room building method aims at solving the technical problems that in the prior art, a machine room building method is poor in construction flexibility, and much inconvenience exists when a two-dimensional plane drawing is used for conducting technical disclosure.
