The invention provides a preparation method of recycled concrete with high impermeability. The preparation method comprises a crushing mechanism, a vibration screening mechanism, a sorting mechanism and a bottom plate, wherein the vibration screening mechanism is arranged on the bottom plate, the sorting mechanism is arranged right above the vibration screening mechanism and is arranged on the crushing mechanism, and the crushing mechanism is arranged on the bottom plate. The preparation method solves the problems that when construction waste is used for manufacturing aggregate nowadays, the construction waste is usually only roughly crushed and then put into use, multi-stage crushing cannot be carried out on concrete blocks, and the crushing process from extra-coarse crushing to fine crushing cannot be met, so that the crushed aggregate is easy to have large particles, and subsequent use of recycled concrete preparation is not facilitated; broken and fallen broken concrete blocks are not sorted, so that small flexible thin film materials exist in the broken concrete blocks, and therefore the quality of the prepared aggregate is poor; and the fine aggregate and the coarse aggregate are not distinguished, so that the actual use requirement cannot be met.
