The invention provides an ultra-flat building template capable of being recycled for multiple times and a preparation method, the building template structurally comprises a lower surface layer, a core layer and an upper surface layer, and the lower surface layer, the core layer and the upper surface layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The lower surface layer and/or the upper surface layer are/is prepared from the following raw materials of, by weight, 40 to 55 percent of wheat straw fine materials, 30 to 35 percent of bamboo green fine materials, 5 to 10 percent of talcum powder and 5 to 15 percent of fluorocarbon resin. The prepared building template is waterproof, high in strength and durable. The upper surface layer fine material and the lower surface layer fine material contain the wheat straw fine materials, and a layer of very smooth cutin waxy film formed by higher aliphatic derivatives is arranged on the surface of straw, so that the waterproof effect can be effectively achieved. The talcum powder and fluorocarbon resin emulsion in the fine materials of the upper and lower surface layers further ensure the waterproof performance and strength of the building template.
