The invention discloses a preparation process of low-cost anti-permeability sulphoaluminate cement. The preparation process comprises the following steps: sequentially preparing a raw material and a clinker; adding starch into normal-temperature water, uniformly conducting stirring, sequentially adding sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide in a stirring state, raising the temperature to 70-78 DEG C, conducting stirring for 20-30 minutes, raising the temperature to 120-130 DEG C, adding chitosan fibers and sodium trimetaphosphate, conducting stirring for 5-15 minutes, and carrying out vacuum defoaming to obtain pretreated chitosan fibers; and uniformly mixing the clinker, the pretreated chitosan fiber, gypsum, microcrystalline cellulose, ferric oxide and an early strength agent, adding a water reducing agent, calcium lignosulphonate and water, and uniformly conducting mixing to obtain the low-cost anti-seepage sulphoaluminate cement. Various tiny flaws in the construction process can be effectively avoided, the anti-seepage effect is excellent, no toxicity and odorlessness are achieved, in addition, the construction technology is simple, building mortar, concrete bricks, building blocks and other building material products are manufactured, and the material is very suitable for ocean engineering construction.
本发明公开了一种低成本抗渗硫铝酸盐水泥的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:依次制备生料、熟料;将淀粉加入至常温水中搅拌均匀,搅拌状态下依次加入碳酸钠、氢氧化钠,升高温度至70‑78℃搅拌20‑30min,升高温度至120‑130℃,加入壳聚糖纤维、三偏磷酸钠搅拌5‑15min,真空脱泡,得到预处理壳聚糖纤维;将熟料、预处理壳聚糖纤维、石膏、微晶纤维素、氧化铁、早强剂混合均匀,加入减水剂、木质素磺酸钙、水混合均匀得到低成本抗渗硫铝酸盐水泥。本发明可有效避免在施工过程中各种微小瑕疵,防渗效果优异,无毒无味,另外施工工艺简单,制作建筑砂浆、混凝土砖与砌块等建筑材料制品,非常适合于海洋工程建设。
