Preparation and application of concrete with waste stone foam
The invention provides preparation and application of concrete with waste stone foam. The preparation method comprises the steps that waste stone is screened and crushed, waste stone particles with the particle size being 5-15 mm serve as waste stone coarse aggregate, and waste stone particles with the particle size being 0.15-5 mm serve as waste stone fine aggregate; the screened waste rock particles with the particle size smaller than 150 micrometers, cement clinker and ardealite are dried and ground till the particle size is 45 micrometers or below, mixing is conducted to obtain a composite gel material, the waste stone coarse aggregate, the waste stone fine aggregate and the composite gel material are mixed, a water reducing agent and water are added, uniform stirring is conducted, then pouring, forming, demolding and standard curing are conducted, and the high-performance concrete is prepared. The technical problem that a large amount of solid waste is difficult to utilize is solved, environmental pollution and resource waste are avoided, the comprehensive utilization rate of the solid waste is increased, energy consumption is reduced, meanwhile, the added value of products can be increased, and good economic benefits can be generated; and a new utilization way is provided for comprehensive utilization of the waste stones.
