Basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete fabricated member and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete fabricated member and a manufacturing method thereof. The member comprises a reinforcement cage and basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete poured on the reinforcement cage. The basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete is prepared by stirring basic magnesium sulfate cement, a mineral admixture, sand, stones, steel fibers, a superplasticizer, a corrosion inhibitor and water. Concretely, the basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of basic magnesium sulfate cement, 10 to 60 parts of mineral admixture, 120 to 240 parts of sand, 150 to 300 parts of stone, 5 to 35 parts of steel fiber, 0.3 to 3 parts of efficient water reducing agent, 0.5 to 3 parts of corrosion inhibitor and 25 to 80 parts of water. The basic magnesium sulfate cement concrete fabricated member has the advantages of light weight, early strength, high strength, no carbonization, no steel bar corrosion, no need of steam curing, energy saving, convenient construction and the like.
