The invention provides basic magnesium sulfate cement and a preparation method thereof, the method comprises the following steps: S1: preparing basic magnesium sulfate cement: preparing MgSO4. 7H2O, adding water, stirring until crystals are completely dissolved to obtain a MgSO4. 7H2O solution, cooling, further adding MgO, fly ash and a chemical additive, and mixing and stirring to obtain basic magnesium sulfate cement neat paste; the basic magnesium sulfate cement paste prepared in the step S1 is poured into a mold to be formed, and a basic magnesium sulfate cement sample is obtained; s2, curing: performing primary air curing on the sample before demolding, further putting the sample into a curing box for secondary air curing, performing spraying and/or dipping curing treatment on the sample by adopting a monopotassium phosphate solution, putting the test block back to the curing box for curing after the treatment is completed, performing soaking treatment on the test block after the curing is completed, and taking out the test block after the soaking treatment is completed; the basic magnesium sulfate cement is obtained. The basic magnesium sulfate cement prepared by the method is good in water resistance and high in strength, and has relatively high commercialization value and popularization value.
本发明提供了一种碱式硫酸镁水泥及其制备方法，所述方法包括：S1：碱式硫酸镁水泥制备：准备MgSO4·7H2O并通过加水搅拌直到晶体全部溶解后得到MgSO4·7H2O溶液,冷却后进一步加入MgO、粉煤灰以及化学外加剂混合搅拌，得到碱式硫酸镁水泥净浆；将所述步骤S1制得的所述碱式硫酸镁水泥净浆倒入模具内成型得到碱式硫酸镁水泥试样；S2：养护：随后将所述试样在脱模前进行第一次空气养护，将试样进一步地放入养护箱中进行第二次空气养护，接着采用磷酸二氢钾溶液对试样进行喷淋和/或浸渍养护处理，处理完成后将试块放回养护箱养护，养护结束后对试块进行浸水处理，得到碱式硫酸镁水泥。通过本发明制得的碱式硫酸镁水泥耐水性好，强度高，具备较高的商业化价值与推广价值。
