Novel bone tumor bone repair material and preparation method thereof
The novel bone tumor bone repair material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 30 parts of beta-tricalcium phosphate, 20 to 30 parts of hydroxyapatite, 15 to 20 parts of zirconium oxide, 5 to 10 parts of calcium silicate, 10 to 20 parts of sodium titanate, 1 to 4 parts of nano titanium oxide, 2 to 4 parts of boron nitride, 6 to 8 parts of aluminum oxide and 3 to 4 parts of nano zinc oxide. The calcium silicate is easily absorbed by organisms and can induce growth of new bone substances, ceramic prepared from beta-tricalcium phosphate is more similar to properties and structures of human bones and natural teeth and has biodegradability, dissolution of hydroxyapatite is harmless; the repair material forms new bones by supplementing calcium, phosphate ions and the like from body fluid, and reactions of decomposition, absorption, precipitation and the like can be generated on a skeleton bonding interface, so that the repairing material is firmly bonded with the skeleton.
