Extensible floating bridge unit and erection method thereof
The invention relates to an extensible floating bridge unit. The floating bridge unit comprises a truss girder, a floating body and a traction system and is divided into a tower girder type implementation mode and a tower boat type implementation mode. The traction system comprises a winch arranged in the middle of the floating body, a bow fixed pulley arranged at the front end of the floating body, a stern fixed pulley arranged at the rear end of the floating body, a front traction rope located at the front end of the winch and a rear traction rope located at the rear end of the winch; a plurality of fixable movable supports with rollers are arranged at the bottom of the truss girder, and a beam tail movable pulley is arranged at the beam tail end, close to the floating body, of the truss girder; the front end of the front traction rope bypasses the bow fixed pulley, and the end part is connected with the beam tail movable pulley; and the rear traction rope bypasses the stern fixed pulley, and the end of the rear traction rope is connected with the truss girder. The truss girder bridge is applied to a temporary floating bridge system, so that a split temporary floating bridge can pass through most of heavy carriers, meanwhile, the single-span span of the floating bridge is increased, and the floating bridge unit has a great application prospect and is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and high in construction speed.
本发明涉及一种可伸展浮桥单元,包括桁架梁、浮体和牵引系统,分为塔梁式和塔舟式两种实现方式。牵引系统包括设置在浮体中部的卷扬机、设置在浮体前端的船头定滑轮、设置在浮体后端的船尾定滑轮、位于卷扬机前端的前牵引绳以及后端的后牵引绳;桁架梁底部设置多个带有滚轮的可固定的移动支座,桁架梁靠近浮体的梁尾端部设有梁尾动滑轮;前牵引绳前端绕过船头定滑轮,其端部与梁尾动滑轮连接;后牵引绳绕过船尾定滑轮,其端部与桁架梁连接。本发明将桁架梁桥运用在临时浮桥体系中,使得分置式临时浮桥能够通行大部分重型载具,同时提高浮桥的单跨跨度,有较大的应用前景,且结构简单,制造方便,施工速度快。
