Novel mechanical floating bridge and erection method
The embodiment of the invention discloses a novel mechanical floating bridge and an erecting method. The novel mechanical floating bridge comprises a belt type floating bridge, a straightening system, bridge feet, a lifting system and end belt type floating bridge units. The two end belt type floating bridge units are correspondingly connected to the two ends of the belt type floating bridge through the two straightening systems, and the straightening systems can pull up or reversely push the end belt type floating bridge units so as to achieve straightening or retracting. The lifting systems are arranged on the bridge feet, and the end belt type floating bridge units can be supported on the bridge feet in a lifting mode through the lifting systems. By means of the erecting method, mechanical conversion from the belt type floating bridge to the split type floating bridge is achieved, meanwhile, mechanical conversion from the split type floating bridge to the belt type floating bridge can be achieved, and the current technical blank in the field is filled.
本发明实施例公开了一种机械化新型浮桥及架设方法。该机械化新型浮桥包括:带式浮桥、展直系统、桥脚、举升系统及端部带式浮桥单元;两个端部带式浮桥单元对应通过两个展直系统连接于带式浮桥的两端,展直系统能够拉起或反向推动端部带式浮桥单元从而实现展直或撤收;举升系统设置于桥脚上,端部带式浮桥单元能够通过举升系统可升降支撑于桥脚上。通过本发明实施例的架设方法,在实现了由带式浮桥向分置式浮桥的机械化转换的同时,也可实现由分置式浮桥向带式浮桥的机械化转换,解决了该领域当前的技术空白。
