The invention provides slip-form construction equipment for a bridge concrete guardrail. The slip-form construction equipment structurally comprises an engine, a transmission case, moving wheels, a formwork casting device and a feeding port, wherein the formwork casting device comprises a formwork flattening device, a connecting ring, a formwork body and a top plate. Concrete in a side plate is extruded through a jacking and pressing device in a connecting plate, a stretching rod is kept balanced through a stabilizing block, the surface of the cast mold is smoother through the flattening structure, the pressing head block is driven by the flat plate to be attached to the surface of the top of the cast mold to compact cement, so that internal concrete is prevented from becoming loose, the formed cement surface is cleaned through the bulldozing block during moving, and therefore top fragments are prevented from being pressed in; and meanwhile, an attaching plate is driven by a flattening device to enable a push plate to drive a pressing plate to extrude inwards, the pushing speed is reduced by means of tension springs on the two sides of a telescopic rod, so that concrete is more compact, the cement strength is improved, and during extrusion, a pressure relief block can reduce mutual force generated during pushing and pressing to prevent a fixing plate from deforming.
本发明提供一种用于桥梁混凝土护栏的滑模施工设备,其结构包括发动机、传动箱、移动轮、浇模器、进料口,浇模器包括平模器、连接环、模体、顶板,本发明通过联结板内的顶压器对侧板中的混凝土进行挤压,利用稳定块使拉伸杆保持平衡,让压平结构对筑模的表面更加平滑,借助平板带动压头块与筑模顶部表面贴合将水泥压实,从而防止内部混凝土变得松散,并在移动时通过推平块对已经成型的水泥表面进行清理,从而避免顶部的碎片被压入,同时本发明中通过敷平器带动贴合板使推板带动压板向内挤压,并借助伸缩杆两边的拉簧减慢推动的速度,从而让混凝土更加凝实从而提高水泥强度,且在挤压时其释压块能够减少推压时产生的相互力来防止其固定板变形。
