Segmental beam matching prefabrication method
The invention relates to a segmental beam matching prefabrication method which comprises the steps that S1, two adjacent segmental beams are prefabricated on a prefabrication platform according to the design size, and a post-pouring area is reserved at the beam end of one segmental beam at the joint of the two segmental beams; s2, the two prefabricated segmental beams are matched on a matching pedestal, the post-pouring area is located between the two segmental beams, and according to the geometric relative relation between the two segmental beams, the spatial positions of the two segmental beams are adjusted through beam face feature measuring points till the deviation meets the requirement; s3, the two segmental beams are reinforced and locked, and a pouring formwork is arranged in the post-pouring area; and S4, concrete is poured in the post-pouring area to form a post-pouring belt. The matching and prefabricating sequence of existing segmental beams is enriched, more optimization options are provided for construction organizations, and the technical problem that the construction period is long when segmental beams are prefabricated through an existing construction method is solved.
