Reverse matching prefabrication method for full-suspension segmental beam
The invention discloses a reverse matching prefabrication method for a full-suspension segmental beam. The reverse matching prefabrication method comprises the following steps that S1, the segmental beam is prefabricated on a standard segmental beam pedestal; s2, prefabricating a first section of side section beam from the middle section as the center to the left side and the right side gradually and outwards, and connecting the first section of side section beam with the middle section in a matched manner; s3, two second-section side section beams continue to be prefabricated towards the left side and the right side at the same time; and S4, the step S3 is repeated until prefabrication, matching and connection of all the side segmental beams are completed. According to the prefabrication construction method, the middle segmental beam is firstly prefabricated, then the middle segmental beam is prefabricated towards the two sides, repeated hoisting of the segmental beams can be reduced, and the safety risk is reduced; the number of bottom die trolleys is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced; the matching rate of the segmental beams is increased, and after the middle segmental beam is prefabricated, the two sides of the middle segmental beam can be prefabricated at the same time.
