An anchor rod bag comprises a bag body and a grouting device, the grouting device is arranged in the bag body, the grouting device comprises a grouting pipe or a re-added slurry return pipe, the grouting pipe and the slurry return pipe are arranged on the two sides of a central hole of an anchor rod body respectively, an inlet of the grouting pipe is located above the bag body and extends into the bag body, an outlet of the grouting pipe is located at the bottom of the bag body, an inlet of the slurry return pipe is formed in the upper half part of the bag body, an outlet of the slurry return pipe extends out of the bag body, and the grouting device is fixed to an upper opening of the bag body in a tying, gluing or clamping mode; an upper pressure bearing plate and a lower pressure bearing plate or both the upper pressure bearing plate and the lower pressure bearing plate are used in the bag body.
