The invention discloses a pile foundation pouring device and a construction method thereof. The device comprises a slurry blocking protective cylinder, wherein the slurry blocking protective cylinder comprises a protective cylinder base body and a plurality of slurry blocking plates, the protective cylinder base body and the slurry blocking plates are connected through connecting pieces, and a cylinder is fixedly arranged on a steel reinforcement cage. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, the number of caves and the height of each layer of caves are surveyed, and the number and the length of the slurry blocking protective cylinders needing to be installed are determined; S2, the slurry blocking protective cylinder is installed on the steel reinforcement cage; S3, the slurry blocking protective cylinder is placed into a pile hole along with the steel reinforcement cage; and S4, concrete is poured, the slurry blocking plates seal the space between the protective cylinder base body and the pile wall, and the concrete is continuously poured, so that the concrete reaches the design elevation of the pile top. According to the pile foundation pouring device and the construction method thereof, the device realizes low-cost, safe and reliable concrete pouring, and the stress structure of the pile foundation is improved; and by the adoption of the construction method, the defects existing in a backfilling method, a steel protective cylinder follow-up method and a grouting method can be overcome.
