Construction method for assembling formwork support for post-cast strip
The invention discloses a construction method for assembling a formwork support for a post-cast strip. The construction method comprises the following steps of: placing shaped steel formworks at the post-cast strip, symmetrically placing the inner sides and the outer sides of the shaped steel formworks, and placing three-section type water stop screws in the post-cast strip to oppositely pull and fix the placed shaped steel formworks on the inner sides and the outer sides; sequentially mounting the shaped steel formworks from bottom to top, connecting the shaped steel formworks in the same direction by using bolts, and oppositely pulling and fixing the shaped steel formworks on the inner sides and the outer sides by using the three-section type water stop screws; closing the shaped steel formworks to an unclosed small-area region of the post-cast strip by using wood formworks, and supporting and fixing the wood formworks through wood braces, steel tubes, the three-section type water stop screws, U-shaped clamps and locking nuts; and after post-cast strip concrete meets formwork removal conditions, removing the formworks, and recycling and cleaning the shaped steel formworks, the steel tubes, the wood braces, the U-shaped clamps and the locking nuts. The construction method is good in forming quality and convenient to assemble and disassemble; the working efficiency is improved; formwork expansion and formwork explosion in a concrete pouring process are avoided; the formworks can be reused; standard construction can be realized; and the labor intensity is reduced.
本发明公开了一种后浇带组合模板支撑的施工方法，把定型钢模板放在后浇带处且内外两侧对称放置，在后浇带内放置三段式止水螺杆将已放置的内外两侧的定型钢模板对拉固定；依次从下至上安装定型钢模板，同方向的定型钢模板间用螺栓连接，内外两侧的定型钢模板用三段式止水螺杆对拉固定；将定型钢模板对后浇带未封闭的小面积区域用木模板封闭，并通过木枋、钢管、三段式止水螺杆、U型卡和锁紧螺母支撑固定；后浇带混凝土达到拆模条件后拆模，将定型钢模板、钢管、木枋、U型卡和锁紧螺母回收清理。本发明成型质量好，装拆方便，提高了工作效率，避免了混凝土浇注过程中“胀模”、“爆模”的发生，可重复使用，可实现标准化施工，减少了劳动强度。
