The invention provides an odor returning prevention accessory for sewer pipe connection. The odor return prevention accessory comprises a PVC pipe opening connecting kit, a smashing assembly, a manual driving assembly, a water-returning and odor-returning preventing assembly and a plastic hose opening pressing assembly, and the PVC pipe opening connecting kit comprises a conical sleeve; the smashing assembly comprises a smashing sleeve and a workpiece connecting opening; the lower end of the smashing sleeve is in threaded fit with the upper end of the conical sleeve; the workpiece connecting opening is fixedly mounted on a rotating shaft in the smashing sleeve; the water-returning and odor-returning preventing assembly comprises a bottom pipe fitting seat, a glass observation opening, a top hose connecting opening, a connecting screw and a water-returning and odor-returning preventing part; and the lower end face of the bottom pipe fitting seat is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the smashing sleeve. When sewage flows into the glass observation opening, water flushes and presses a buffer pressing plate, the buffer pressing plate is compressed downwards, so that the sewage is discharged through an inner leakage plate, the buffer pressing plate is jacked up until a top clamping plate is clamped when no water exists, and a rubber ring is arranged on the top clamping plate, so that unpleasant odor is prevented from returning.
