The invention relates to the technical field of building laying devices, and discloses an automatic intelligent device for efficiently laying a building surface layer. The automatic intelligent device comprises an device body, universal wheels are installed at the four corners of the bottom of the device body, a limiting frame is connected to the side wall, close to the bottom, of the device body through a limiting mechanism, and the side wall of the bottom of the limiting frame abuts against the ground; and the limiting mechanism comprises two first sliding grooves, a first sliding block, a tension spring, four clamping holes, two clamping grooves, two springs and two clamping rods, the two first sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in the opposite side walls, close to the bottom, of the device body, the first sliding block is slidably connected into the first sliding grooves, the tension spring is fixedly connected to the top groove walls of the first sliding grooves, the other end of the tension spring is fixedly connected with the first sliding block, and the four clamping holes are symmetrically formed in the limiting frame in pairs. According to the automatic intelligent device, the device body can be stably placed on the ground while the device is convenient to move.
