The anti-falling device comprises a wall-attached support and an anti-falling device body arranged on the wall-attached support; the wall-attached support comprises a wall-attached frame, two mounting seats fixed to the left side and the right side of the front face of the wall-attached frame, and a mounting beam with the two ends connected with the two mounting seats; a rotating shaft is arranged below the front side of the mounting beam, and the two ends of the rotating shaft are arranged on the mounting seats on the two sides; the anti-falling device body comprises an anti-falling block and a trigger block; the anti-falling block is obliquely and rotationally arranged on the mounting seats on the two sides through rotating shafts, and the top of the anti-falling block obliquely points to the front; the anti-falling block is connected with the mounting beam through a first elastic piece; and the trigger block is rotationally arranged in front of the anti-falling block, and the trigger block is connected with the anti-falling block through a second elastic piece. According to the anti-falling device, by obliquely arranging the anti-falling block, the top of the anti-falling block is close to a wall-attached guide rail as much as possible, so that the rotating distance of the anti-falling block is reduced, and the sensitivity of the anti-falling device is improved.
