The anti-falling device is arranged between a building outer wall body and a scaffold and comprises a scaffold guide rail and a wall-attached guide support, the scaffold guide rail is installed on the scaffold, one side of the wall-attached guide support is fixed to the building outer wall body, and the other side of the wall-attached guide support is fixed to the building outer wall body. A cross rod is arranged in the middle of the scaffold guide rail, a ratchet wheel, a triangular check block and a fixed check block are arranged on the wall-attached guide support, the ratchet wheel extends to the position between the cross rod, the scaffold moves up and down to drive the ratchet wheel to rotate, and rotation of the ratchet wheel pushes the triangular check block to rotate reversely. The fixed check block limits the triangular check block, so that the ratchet wheel is limited, and self-locking of the scaffold is achieved through cooperation of the cross rod and the ratchet wheel. The device can prevent sudden downward falling and is suitable for most construction conditions.
