Unloading construction method based on unloading support
The invention discloses an unloading construction method based on an unloading support. The method includes the steps of erecting a temporary support at an installation position, and then installing the unloading support at the top of the temporary support; setting an elevation line on the side wall of a lower cylinder according to the height of the temporary support when the unloading support is installed, and then determining an unloading starting point line by utilizing the elevation line; then forming a plurality layers of discharging openings above and below the unloading starting point line, forming the multiple discharging openings on each layer, then putting dried small hard particles with flowing capacity into the lower cylinder to serve as unloading media, mounting plugs at the discharging openings when the unloading media flow out of the discharging openings; and when a steel structure is unloaded, sequentially disassembling the plugs from top to bottom, in the process that the unloading medium flows out, enabling an upper cylinder to gradually descend to complete unloading, and after no unloading medium flows out of the discharging opening in the lowermost layer, firstly disassembling the unloading support, and then disassembling the temporary support. The unloading construction method based on the unloading support can be repeatedly used, is low in cost, is convenient to disassemble and operate, is controllable in unloading, and is safe and reliable.
本发明公开了一种基于卸载支架的卸载施工方法,先在安装位置搭设临时支架,然后在临时支架顶部安装卸载支架,安装卸载支架时,根据临时支架的高度在下筒的侧壁设置标高线,然后利用标高线确定卸载起点线,然后在卸载起点线上以及下方设置多层卸料口,每层均具有多个卸料口,然后向下筒内放入具有流动能力且干燥的小型硬质颗粒作为卸载介质,卸载介质在卸料口流出时则在卸料口处安装堵头,卸载钢结构时,依次从上往下拆除堵头,卸载介质流出的过程中上筒逐渐下降完成卸载,直至最下层卸料口无卸载介质流出后,先拆除卸载支架,再拆除临时支架。本发明可重复使用,费用低,拆卸和操作方便,卸载可控、安全可靠。
