Novel in-situ double-sealing treatment process for full-amount recycling of landfill leachate
The invention belongs to the technical field of harmless treatment of refuse landfills, and particularly relates to a novel in-situ double-sealing treatment process for full-amount recycling of landfill leachate. The in-situ double-sealing treatment process comprises a sealing slurry, a mixing ratio of the sealing slurry, and a slurry preparation and spraying sealing process. The sealing slurry comprises power plant furnace bottom slag or mineral slag, mixed grinding ash, cement and curing agent powder. The slurry preparation and spraying sealing process comprises the following steps: S1, pre-drying the power plant furnace bottom slag or mineral slag, and adding the pre-dried power plant furnace bottom slag or mineral slag into a large stirrer of a stirring station arranged at a proper position of a refuse landfill; S2, extracting the landfill leachate from a landfill leachate pool, adding the landfill leachate into a stirrer, and stirring for 3-6 min; S3, sequentially adding the mixed grinding ash, the cement and the curing agent into a stirrer through automatic metering according to the matching amount, and stirring for 2-3 min; and S4, unloading the uniformly stirred slurry into a spraying vehicle through the stirrer, and pulling to a garbage yard for spraying and covering the garbage.
