The supporting sets are welded to the two ends of the operation platform correspondingly, each supporting set comprises two H-shaped steel stand columns, stiffening plates and a cross beam, the stiffening plates are welded to the top ends of the two H-shaped steel stand columns correspondingly, the cross beam is welded between the two stiffening plates, the pulleys are rotatably connected to the bottoms of the stiffening plates, one supporting set is slidably connected to one end of the box girder top plate through the pulleys, and the other supporting set is slidably connected to the other end of the box girder top plate through the pulleys.
