The method aims to solve the problems that a foundation pit in the weathered rock stratum area cannot be embedded and fixed by adopting a steel sheet pile, and construction cost is high due to the fact that a dewatering well or a waterproof curtain needs to be constructed independently by adopting a row pile independently. The method comprises the following steps that (1) a hole is formed in the weathered rock stratum through rotary digging; (2) cement soil is poured into a pile hole; (3) a steel sheet pile is driven into a cement soil pile formed by the poured cement soil; (4) the earth of the foundation pit is excavated until the foundation pit meets the design requirements; and (5) the foundation pit is backfilled, and the steel sheet piles are recycled.
