The invention discloses a silt stratum underground pipe gallery foundation replacement sand reinforcing method. The method comprises the steps that 1, a urease extracting solution is prepared on site; 2, pipe gallery foundation replacement sand pretreatment is conducted; and 3, pipe gallery foundation replacement sand reinforcing is conducted, specifically, firstly, an underground supporting structure is constructed below a pipe gallery foundation, silt on the lower portion of the pipe gallery foundation is excavated in an enclosure area, a wood formwork spliced through plug pins is constructed in a to-be-backfilled area, EICP layered reinforcing backfilling is conducted on pretreated replacement sand in the wood formwork till the pretreated replacement sand is backfilled to the designated elevation, the wood formwork is completely dismantled after backfilling is completed, after replacement sand cushion layers of the same section of pipe gallery are subjected to EICP layered reinforcing backfilling segmentation, the underground supporting structure below the pipe gallery foundation is dismantled, and a main body structure of the pipe gallery is constructed. By improving an existing replacement sand reinforcing method, the special underground geological condition of a silt stratum is combined, and thus the method is creatively applied to underground pipe gallery foundation reinforcing of the silt stratum.
