Electromagnetic drop hammer piling tester with accurate and controllable drop distance
The invention discloses an electromagnetic drop hammer piling tester with an accurate and controllable drop distance. The piling tester comprises a movable frame, a longitudinal guide rail, a transverse guide rail, a movable bracket, a connecting rod, a transverse lead screw, a lead screw lifter, a vertical lead screw, an electromagnetic chuck, a heavy hammer and a guide centralizer. According to the piling tester, the electromagnetic chuck is controlled by an electric control box to automatically finish grabbing and lifting of a pile hammer and releasing of the pile hammer, and manual operation is not needed; and meanwhile, the lead screw lifter is controlled by the electric control box to finish up-down movement of the pile hammer. The weight of the pile hammer can be adjusted by adding a counter weight, and the lifting height can be randomly adjusted in a travel range. The tester is used for carrying out a model test so that the accuracy of a test result can be greatly improved. The piling tester is provided with a pile pipe centralizer and a pile pipe does not need to be pre-buried; the pile hammer moves up and down in the centralizer so that potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the pile hammer is released in a piling process are avoided; and the pile pipe centralizer is used for effectively improving the safety in a testing process.
