The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete hollow slab combined building and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated concrete hollow slab combined building comprises a leveling construction surface, a building foundation frame arranged at the upper end of the leveling construction surface, a concrete surrounding plate, a concrete top plate and a sleeving end block, wherein a surrounding plate laying groove is formed in the building foundation frame; the concrete surrounding plate is arranged in the surrounding plate laying groove, and a concrete edge is arranged at the upper end of the concrete surrounding plate; the concrete top plate is arranged at the upper end of the concrete edge; concrete end position plates are arranged at the two ends of the concrete top plate; and the sleeving end block is arranged at the upper end of the concrete edge, the sleeving end block and the concrete edge are integrally formed, and a water receiving port is formed in the sleeving end block. The purpose of draining water in rainy days by using a hollow structure in a prefabricated concrete hollow slab is achieved, so that the problem that water seepage of a building wall body in rainy days is caused by gaps left in a building top layer is effectively avoided.
