Autoclaved aerated concrete wallboard and production method thereof
The invention discloses an autoclaved aerated concrete wallboard. The autoclaved aerated concrete wallboard comprises a metal fixed frame, wherein a connecting iron sheet is welded to the metal fixed frame, a rock wool board is arranged on the side surface of the metal fixed frame, the top surface and the bottom surface of the metal fixed frame are connected with an upper support plate and a lower support plate, the rock wool board is fixed to the side edge of the metal fixed frame through steel chisels, the metal fixed frame, the upper support plate, the lower support plate and the rock wool board form an insulation cavity, the insulation cavity is embedded in an autoclaved aerated concrete layer, lightening holes are formed in both ends of the autoclaved aerated concrete layer, the lightening holes are filled with insulation materials, an upper refractory mortar layer is connected to the upper part of the autoclaved aerated concrete layer, a lower refractory mortar layer is connected to the lower part of the autoclaved aerated concrete layer, an upper waterproof layer is connected to the upper part of the upper refractory mortar layer, and a lower waterproof layer is connected to the lower part of the lower refractory mortar layer. The insulation cavity is formed in the autoclaved aerated concrete layer, and the lightening holes are formed in the both ends of the autoclaved aerated concrete layer, so that heat loss can be prevented, the heat preservation performance of the wallboard is improved, and the weight of a floor slab is reduced.
