Autoclaved aerated concrete ALC wallboard and production process thereof
The invention discloses an autoclaved aerated concrete ALC wallboard which comprises an autoclaved aerated concrete ALC wallboard body, and the autoclaved aerated concrete ALC wallboard body comprises a wallboard body and an embedded pipe; the wall plate is formed by pouring aerated concrete, and reinforcing steel bars are arranged in the wall plate and used for improving the strength of the wall plate; the embedded pipe is fixedly installed in the wall plate, the embedded pipe is vertically placed in the wall plate, and the vertical axis of the embedded pipe coincides with the vertical center line of the wall plate, so that the embedded pipe is located at the center position in the wall plate; the embedded pipes are assembled on the steel bars in advance before the autoclaved aerated concrete ALC wallboard is produced, after the wallboard is installed, when electric appliances such as a switch and a socket are installed, the embedded pipes embedded in the autoclaved aerated concrete ALC wallboard in advance can be found only by forming notches in positions required by a construction drawing or required positions in the wallboard, and the embedded pipes are assembled on the steel bars in advance. According to the method, the labor intensity of building workers is further reduced, the environmental pollution is reduced, and the damage degree of the wallboard is reduced.
