Prefabricated stair structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a prefabricated stair structure and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of stair installation. The prefabricated stair structure comprises a stair body, wherein mounting plates are fixedly arranged on both ends of the stair body, the mounting plates are installed on a rest platform which is fixed to a building wall, mounting grooves which are used for containing the mounting plates are formed in the upper surface of the rest platform, the side walls, which directly face stairs, of the mounting grooves are open, a plurality of reserved grooves are formed in the mounting grooves, reserved bolts are fixed in the reserved grooves, the reserved bolts are in threaded connection with threaded sleeves, a plurality of containing grooves are formed in the lower surfaces of the mounting plates, the top ends of the threaded sleeves are located in the containing grooves, a plurality of mounting bolts are arranged on the upper surfaces of the mounting plates, the mounting bolts penetrate through the mounting plates downwards, then extends into the containing grooves and are in threaded connection with the threaded sleeves, and a plurality of fixed assemblies which are used for fixing the side parts of the mounting plates to the rest platform are arranged between the side walls of the mounting plates and the inner side walls of the mounting grooves. The prefabricated stair structure has the effect of increasing the stability between the mounting plates and the rest platform so as to increase the safety of the stairs.
