The invention discloses an improved concrete forming formwork early-dismantling component and an early-dismantling formwork support. The improved concrete forming formwork early-dismantling component comprises a lead screw, an early-dismantling supporting plate and a blocking rod, wherein a supporting plate is arranged at the end part of the lead screw; the early-dismantling supporting plate is provided with a channel in threaded fit with the lead screw; two oppositely-arranged connecting bases extend on the two sides of the early-dismantling supporting plate in the diameter direction; the connecting bases are provided with open grooves; supporting rods are transversely arranged in the open grooves; one end of the blocking rod is a blocking end, and the other end of the blocking rod is a limiting end; a strip-shaped hole is formed in the blocking rod; the strip-shaped hole is formed in the length direction of the blocking rod and is close to the limiting end; and the blocking rod is rotationally connected with the supporting rod through the strip-shaped hole. The mounting and dismounting efficiency can be improved.
