The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to an early-dismantling formwork and a formwork system.The early-dismantling formwork comprises a formwork body and a connecting rod, the connecting rod is fixed to the formwork body, the connecting rod is provided with a preset axis parallel to the length direction of the connecting rod, and a first mounting hole coaxial with the preset axis is formed in the side, away from the formwork body, of the connecting rod; the early-dismantling formwork further comprises a supporting limiting part, the supporting limiting part is arranged in the first mounting hole and used for making contact with the steel support, a second mounting hole which communicates with the first mounting hole and is coaxial with the preset axis is formed in the supporting limiting part, and the supporting limiting part is used for being arranged on a wood support in a sleeving mode.
