The foldable and stretchable trowel comprises a trowel body, a base, a pin shaft, a fixing pin, a folding shaft, a rotary connecting piece, a sealing strip, a trowel handle, a wrench and a ruler, wherein the base is installed at the rear part of the trowel body; one end of the folding shaft is installed on the base through the pin shaft; one end of the rotary connecting piece is installed at the other end of the folding shaft through the pin shaft; one end of the trowel handle is connected and installed at the other end of the rotary connecting piece through the fixing pin; a groove is formed in the trowel handle; one end of the sealing strip is installed in the groove of the trowel handle; one end of the wrench and one end of the ruler are connected and installed to the other end of the trowel handle through the pin shaft; and the wrench and the ruler are located in the groove of the trowel handle. According to the invention, the time for workers to switch different tools can be saved, and the construction efficiency is improved; the trowel can be prevented from falling off during high-altitude operation; and the friction between the hand and the trowel handle can be increased, and the use by workers is more convenient.
