The invention relates to the technical field of ecological restoration of hydro-fluctuation belts, in particular to an ecological restoration structure of a hydro-fluctuation belt in a reservoir area. The ecological restoration structure of a hydro-fluctuation belt in a reservoir area comprises a counter-slope planting platform, retaining walls, horizontal planting grooves and geogrids, the counter-slope planting platform is a platform with a horizontal step high in outside and low in inside formed by soil preparation of the counter-slope planting platform along a contour line; the retaining walls are built along a front side face of the counter-slope planting platform to form soil retaining ridges, at least one soil retaining ridge is formed on the counter-slope planting platform, the soil retaining ridges are dug to form the horizontal planting grooves, and the geogrids are arranged on two sides of the horizontal planting grooves; and waterproof geomembranes are laid between the retaining walls and the soil retaining ridges. An ecological restoration comprehensive system of a hydro-fluctuation belt in a reservoir area is established, a plant configuration mode in the hydro-fluctuation belt and engineering measures of water retention and soil fixation of different gradients are clarified, and the ecological restoration structure suitable for the hydro-fluctuation belt in the reservoir area is provided.
